Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter – Sales / Go-to-Market to deliver full lifecycle recruiting for quota-carrying roles. You will partner with Sales leadership, Revenue Ops, and HR to define talent needs, build pipelines, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

The role targets consultative, complex B2B sales talent in HCM/SaaS environments. Based in Irvine, CA, the position emphasizes data-informed decisions and scalable processes with strong recruiter analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for Sales/Reven​ue orgs.
• Proven success hiring consultative, complex B2B sales roles with base/commission.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leadership in a data-informed capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for quota-carrying and revenue-critical roles (Account Executives, Sales Consultants, Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations).
• Lead intake and calibration with Sales leaders to align role profile, competencies, and compensation structure.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive, high-performing sales talent across markets.
• Assess candidates against sales competencies such as consultative selling, discovery, pipeline management, and complex deals.
• Advise leaders using labor market insights to improve speed and quality of hire.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for priority segments (enterprise/mid-market, vertical specialists, sales management).
• Partner with Talent Marketing to strengthen employer brand messaging and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor funnel metrics for sales hiring and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and equitable hiring practices across stages.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive cost-effective sourcing outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on TA initiatives to elevate recruiting performance.
