The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT Sales experience within Managed Services/Professional Services and strong relationships in the Life Sciences industry. This role involves generating, qualifying, and closing new business at the C-Suite level, selling complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, and industry-specific solutions such as regulatory compliance and digital transformation services.
Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies to meet quotas, engaging with large enterprise accounts, and influencing C-level executives. The role requires strategic agility, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding significant revenue targets (e.g., $26 million annually). The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
