Senior Platform Sales Administrator
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Senior Sales Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, operational support, security, and maintenance of sales technology platforms used across AAA Washington.
This role serves as the primary administrator for assigned sales systems, supporting user access, configuration, data maintenance, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, and day-to-day platform operations. The position partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure systems remain available, secure, and effectively support business processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Platform Administration
- Administer assigned sales platforms and maintain system configurations.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, organizational hierarchies, and security settings.
- Maintain platform documentation, procedures, and system administration records.
- Monitor system usage and assist with operational issues impacting business users.
User & License Management
- Coordinate user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Manage software licenses and platform access requests.
- Support periodic access reviews and ensure user permissions remain appropriate.
- Maintain reporting structures and organizational assignments within supported systems.
Data Management
- Perform data maintenance and migration activities associated with employee changes, agency acquisitions, appointments, reorganizations, and other business events.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and cleanup activities.
- Support efforts to maintain data accuracy and integrity within assigned platforms.
Release Support & Testing
- Support platform upgrades, releases, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in testing activities and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders as needed.
- Validate platform functionality following system changes and releases.
- Document and communicate release impacts to users.
Vendor & Integration Coordination
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for platform vendors and support partners.
- Coordinate support tickets, issue resolution, and service requests with vendors.
- Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting platform integrations and interfaces.
- Escalate issues to internal technology teams or vendors when required.
Operational Support
- Provide frontline troubleshooting and support for platform-related issues.
- Investigate, document, and resolve user-reported problems.
- Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and training materials.
- Support users with system processes, navigation, and standard platform functionality.
Security & Compliance
- Administer platform security settings and user access controls.
- Follow established security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to assigned platforms.
- Assist with identifying and resolving platform security concerns.

This role provides administration and operational support for sales technology platforms, including:
- Applied Epic
- Salesforce
- TurboRater
- Genesys & CX Cloud
- Sabre
- DocuSign
- Performio
Additional systems may be assigned based on business needs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience administering or supporting business applications or enterprise platforms.
- Experience managing user access, permissions, security, and system configuration.
- Experience supporting software vendors and coordinating issue resolution.
- Experience providing end‑user support and troubleshooting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Applied Epic administration.
- Experience supporting contact center or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience with insurance, sales, or customer service systems.
- Experience supporting system integrations and data migration activities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent CRM administration experience.
- Genesys Cloud CX administration experience or certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of business application administration principles and practices.
- Understanding of user security and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
SALARY:
- Hiring Range: $105,876 - $126,990
- Discretionary bonused based on company performance

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Our organization operates a hybrid work environment.
The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
