C3 AI is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy. You will join a growing Sales and Revenue Operations team, supporting sales leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system, data, or process needs that can drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to streamline sales processes and implement solutions. Establish and maintain standards across business applications.
  • Perform lead and pipeline analyses, sales performance reviews, and provide recommendations to enhance sales velocity and win rates.
  • Regularly analyze pipeline health and velocity, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Partner with marketing and sales on lead generation strategies and assist in building systems for automated prospect processing.
  • Support territory and account assignments.
  • Document policies and processes thoroughly.
  • Analyze lead generation sources, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity progression to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead qualification and increase conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to lead generation, pipeline, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university (required).
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Experience configuring and managing CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) and supporting related business processes.
  • Experience supporting a global sales team in a public SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as PowerBI or similar.
  • Strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude and a drive for process and reporting improvements.
  • Resourceful self-starter and high achiever with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal; reliable and responsive.
  • Highest integrity and good judgment, capable of handling sensitive information.
