NTN Bearing Corporation is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Farmington Hills, MI office. The role focuses on handling customer requests, entering orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate data management.

The position requires 5+ years in business/supply chain, experience with JD Edwards or similar MRP systems, and strong communication skills. A manufacturing background and proficiency with Office/SharePoint are preferred.

Formación

• Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years business/supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with JD Edwards or other MRP system preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Sharepoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Organized, analytical, multi-task oriented, and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to Customer Requests (internal and external customers).
• Order Entry and Data Maintenance (JDE Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal support teams (Sales, Engineering, US manufacturing facilities, oversees facilities, etc.).
• Track Customer Delivery Performance.
• Maintain broad knowledge of NTN products, systems, policies & procedures.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvement.
• Create a positive customer experience.
