As a Senior Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of customer businesses, including strategic assessment, sales forecasting, conducting business reviews, managing senior relationships, and implementing beverage strategies. We seek passionate individuals who excel at building relationships, are results-driven, and have a sales focus.

Location - Remote from Oklahoma City or Tulsa preferred, but open to Dallas.

What You'll Do for Us

  1. Lead collaborative business planning aligned with strategic goals, develop annual business plans, key partnerships, category programs, and forecast sales, revenue, and expenses.
  2. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify needs, issues, and opportunities, strengthening relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Assess account business plans regularly, tracking goal attainment and success of initiatives.
  4. Develop relationships with internal and external key decision-makers.
  5. Collaborate with local bottling partners, buyers, outlet management, and distributors to build sales capacity and facilitate discussions.
  6. Develop supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America operations.
  7. Monitor competitive activities and communicate relevant insights promptly.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to leverage resources for mutual benefits.
  9. Share sales vision and strategic insights to anticipate future needs and suggest business growth ideas.
  10. Analyze customer data to understand current economics and business status.

Qualification & Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 5 years of successful sales account management experience.
  3. Experience in relationship building and customer needs analysis.
  4. Effective communication, technical presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  5. Proven success in securing sales across multiple levels.
  6. Ability to identify customer needs and opportunities using technical knowledge.
  7. Experience in sales lead development and account cultivation.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
