As a Senior Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of customer businesses, including strategic assessment, sales forecasting, conducting regular business reviews, managing senior-level relationships, and effectively activating and implementing the beverage strategy. We are looking for people passionate about building relationships, results-driven, and with a sales focus.

Location - Remote from Oklahoma City or Tulsa preferred but open to Dallas.

What You’ll Do for Us
  • Manage and lead collaborative business planning aligned with strategic goals to develop and execute annual business plans, develop key partnership initiatives, category programs, and accurately forecast sales volume, revenue, and expenses.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to define needs, address issues, and identify opportunities to develop solutions. Build ongoing relationships with key members of the customer's organization, reaffirming strategies linked to needs and stewarding the business and operational goals.
  • Continuously assess account business plans, including goal attainment, success of initiatives, major actions, support needed, and new product recommendations.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, both internal and external.
  • Foster relationships with local bottling partners, senior buyers, outlet management, and distributors to build sales capability and facilitate stewardship discussions.
  • Develop supply chain strategies and activate initiatives to drive efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America Product Supply and Foodservice distributors.
  • Stay informed of competitive activities within responsible geographies and communicate relevant activity promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive resources resulting in mutual benefits.
  • Share and collaborate on sales vision and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend business-building ideas.
  • Gather and analyze customer-specific data (e.g., reports, sales, traffic) to understand current economics and overall business health.
Qualification & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of successful sales account management experience.
  • Experience in relationship building and addressing customer needs.
  • Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of securing sales across various offerings and levels of purchasing.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and opportunities through feedback and technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales lead development and account cultivation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay Range: $116,500 - $145,800

The base pay varies depending on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, financial, and others. The annual incentive value is approximately 15%, reflecting performance at target.
