Position Summary

Astronergy Solar is seeking an experienced solar professional for the United States. He/She shall lead assigned sales activities to drive the growth of our solar PV module business in the United States. He/She will develop, maintain and grow Astronergy Solar's network of clients in the assigned regions, organize marketing events and promote Astronergy solar's products to increase sales revenue, market share and gross profit margin of the orders in the related key accounts across the United States. We expect that the salesperson in this position can closely cooperate with the headquarters to complete the sales targets assigned by the company.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Increase the network of key clients and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
  • Identify, qualify, engage, secure and grow key accounts in the United States.
  • Actively generate leads in United States and maintain sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Develop relationships among key customers to support the growth of our key clients and stakeholder partners, such as EPC, IPP, Investor, and potential utility-scale project opportunities.
  • Implement Astronergy’s sales plan and achieve revenue targets.
  • Team-up closely with technical and marketing teams to support client needs and grow revenue.
  • Develop GTM strategy for United States and realistic sales targets in collaboration with the HQ side.
  • Manage the entire sales process from customer acquisition until delivery and payments.
  • Monitor the market – gain the ability to make reliable forecasts.
  • Represent regularly Astronergy Solar at trade fairs, industrial summit and conferences.
  • Organize with the marketing team campaigns and events in United States.
  • Organize with the technical team roadshows, webinars, conferences, and customer training.

Qualification Requirements:

· At least 3 years of work experience in PV industry.

· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.

· Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.

· Solid experience with MS Office and CRM system.

· Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Fluent in English.

· Results oriented and customer oriented with a hunting attitude.

· Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
