Position Summary
Astronergy Solar is seeking an experienced solar professional for the United States. He/She shall lead assigned sales activities to drive the growth of our solar PV module business in the United States. He/She will develop, maintain and grow Astronergy Solar's network of clients in the assigned regions, organize marketing events and promote Astronergy solar's products to increase sales revenue, market share and gross profit margin of the orders in the related key accounts across the United States. We expect that the salesperson in this position can closely cooperate with the headquarters to complete the sales targets assigned by the company.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Qualification Requirements:
· At least 3 years of work experience in PV industry.
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
· Solid experience with MS Office and CRM system.
· Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluent in English.
· Results oriented and customer oriented with a hunting attitude.
· Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
