The Oaklander Hotel in Pittsburgh, part of Concord Hospitality Enterprises, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and grow group and event revenue through proactive sales strategies and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience; upscale/full-service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate revenue through prospecting, new business development, and account growth.
• Strong knowledge of group, corporate, meeting, and event sales.
• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems, CRM tools, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Self-motivated, results-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to attend client events, networking functions, site tours, and occasional evening/weekend events.

The Oaklander Hotel, an Autograph Collection property in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and growing group and event revenue through proactive sales efforts and strategic account management.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
