Job summary

Alleviation is seeking a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead sales performance while mentoring and educating the team in Louisiana. The role blends frontline sales with leadership duties, progressing from establishing a strong sales record to becoming a key mentor and leader at Alleviation.

You will guide and inspire a diverse group, manage dual responsibilities, and contribute to ongoing training and development programs, including licensing support as part of career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Has Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
