Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to interpret and implement complex financial and sales analytics for effectiveness and planning.

The role requires extensive experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Anaplan), Power BI, and SOX compliance, with strong communication across management levels. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is desirable, and 8+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with 5 years’ experience.
• Excellent computer skills with strong demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email applications. Macro development preferred.
• Previous financial or sales analysis experience supporting large, fragmented sales teams.
• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, etc.). Working knowledge of BEx query designer highly preferred
• Working knowledge of SOX.
• Proven track record within the organization for adding value and shows strong potential for leadership positions.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, tasks and client conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships through diplomacy and tact.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and alternately within a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth analysis and presentation of diverse reports as SME.
• Analyze sales data from CRM and other sources for insights (Win rates, forecasts, revenue).
• Lead month/year reporting processes according to financial calendar and report results.
• Perform advanced, complex analyses for pipeline, pricing, forecasting, budgets, and trends.
• Collaborate on cross-department processes and ensure GAAP/SOX compliance.
• Drive coordination and leadership of interdepartmental commercial and financial projects.
• Mentor Sales Analysts and liaise with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
