What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with attorneys and Practice Area Heads to create qualified sales opportunities through effective messaging and storytelling
- Validate customer needs, shape project plans, and drive sales deals to closure
- Develop and execute account-level sales strategies, identifying support needs for optimal product bundling
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new sales targets through consistent customer engagement
- Maintain and execute a Territory Business Plan to establish a robust sales pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD or legal industry experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of successful outside sales experience in professional B2B environments
- Proven track record of sales success
- Previous experience in software sales and/or online legal information is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales processes, methods, and techniques
