The Client Engagement Director is accountable for the growth of an Ensono client. This role owns the client relationship, identifying and leveraging company-wide resources to ensure client satisfaction, growth, renewal, and risk management. The director develops meaningful client relationships to enable growth and long-term client retention, driving profitable account growth through strategic relationship management and world-class delivery. Although this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, collaboration with teams across Ensono—including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering—is essential.

The estimated salary range is $140K to $244K annually, based on full-time employment and various factors. Additional incentives include sales commissions and equity grants.
