Senior Sales Executive - Dallas, Texas – Remote

About The Role And What You’ll Be Doing

The Client Engagement Director is accountable for the growth of an Ensono client. The Client Engagement Director owns the client relationship and leverages company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity. This role develops meaningful client relationships to enable growth and client retention, driving profitable growth by developing strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. Although this is an individual contributor role without direct reports, the Director works cross-functionally with teams across Ensono, including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering.

What You Will Do
  1. Be the main point of contact at Ensono for the client, responsible for the commercial relationship and maximizing current service portfolio by:
  • Owning executive relationship maps & expanding key technical and business relationships
  • Whitespace growth of existing services
  • Promoting a mix of Ensono products/services vs. single service offerings
  • Building key partnerships and alliances impacting client and Ensono growth (e.g., with Dell, AWS, MSFT account managers)
  • Managing messaging on operational stability in partnership with Service Delivery Management
  • Enabling and selling new services across the client’s IT landscape
  • Understanding client’s competitive services landscape for whitespace opportunities
  • Leveraging Advisory & Consulting teams to identify client needs and build growth plans
  • Engaging in client’s cloud and transformation strategies
  • Introducing cloud native development practices
  • Managing account plans, strategies, and SFDC data stewardship
  • Bringing the right Ensono relationships to the client regularly
  • Conducting weekly internal status and opportunity reviews
  • Leading monthly and quarterly business reviews with the client and Ensono team
  • Managing the Ensono Executive sponsor program
  • Ensuring the right technical and sales roles are involved in new service opportunities
  • Driving curiosity and positive disruption across the client’s IT teams
  • Listening and assisting clients in transformation goals (e.g., cloud migration, app development, data strategies)
  • Maintaining client relationship maps including key competitors and sponsors
  • Partnering with SDM team to analyze, prioritize & communicate client health and CSAT
  • Using data to escalate service delivery issues affecting growth
  • Driving Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Influencing the SDM team and other resources to address operational and commercial challenges, ensuring communication of resolutions

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in enterprise-scale solution selling
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace
  • Experience in a matrixed sales environment
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate mid- and large-sized enterprises for opportunity creation
  • Travel up to 20%

The estimated pay scale is $140K to $244K annually, depending on skills, experience, and business needs. Compensation includes base salary, sales incentives, and potential equity grants.
