We deliver expert project consulting, staff augmentation, interim placements, and temporary staffing to support HR transformation initiatives for organizations of all sizes across North America. As we grow, we are seeking Sales Executives to implement a robust sales strategy designed to drive consistent new business development.

Position Overview

We are seeking a resourceful and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead the execution of our multi-pronged sales and business development strategy. This role will focus on acquiring new clients through strategic outreach, strengthening our partner ecosystem, growing our presence at key industry events, and cultivating opportunities with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

You will play a central role in generating new business, establishing long-term relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of ROCKCREST’s national footprint in HR consulting and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts including targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to HR, IT, and procurement leaders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreements.
  • Tailor sales pitches and outreach based on client industry, size, and HR system landscape.

Partnership Program Expansion

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with strategic partners including implementation firms, HRIS vendors, and boutique consultancies.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-market services and generate client referrals.
  • Track partnership performance and suggest optimizations to increase pipeline value.

Conference & Event Engagement

  • Represent ROCKCREST at major HR and technology conferences across the U.S.
  • Generate leads through booth interactions, networking sessions, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain a calendar of relevant industry events and propose new opportunities for brand presence.
  • Establish and manage agreements with MSPs to become an approved staffing supplier to large enterprise clients.
  • Navigate MSP platforms, compliance requirements, and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with operations to align recruiting capacity and fulfillment capabilities with MSP needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–7 years of sales experience in professional services, consulting, or staffing—HR, IT, or tech sectors strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with outbound business development and lead generation.
  • Understanding of the HRIS landscape (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience selling into HR, Procurement, or PMO stakeholders is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, thinking creatively, and driving growth without a rigid script.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
