Zscaler seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Majors Account team in a remote role based in Missouri. You will architect technical solutions and oversee the technical sales process for large enterprise accounts.

You'll leverage AI fluency, generative AI tools, and network security expertise to map customer problems to Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange solutions, collaborating with Sales and Engineering to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator.
• Knowledge of network security technologies.
• Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools.
• Experience working with large enterprise and major accounts.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Majors Account team. This is a remote role based in Missouri, reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager in the Americas Field Sales department.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions that directly address and resolve critical customer pain points.
• Oversee the technical sales process.
• Customer-obsessed; build deep empathy for the customer—both internal and external—and anchor decisions in solving their real-world problems.
• View change as an opportunity and setbacks as temporary.
• Demonstrate ability to act as a Consultative AI Advisor, guiding customers through AI change management, including mapping manual business workflows to agentic AI systems and managing expectations around non-deterministic outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator.
• Knowledge of network security technologies.
• Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving, while applying sound technical judgment to validate outputs.
• Experience working with large enterprise and major accounts.
