What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster close relationships with delivery partners to enhance the technical sales relationship and develop success plans for delivering solutions
- Support partner teams in understanding and delivering enablement to achieve business goals
- Provide pre-sales technical guidance to partners through product demonstrations and proof of concept for proposed solutions
- Identify gaps in partner enablement and create plans to address those gaps
- Travel up to 30% of the time to engage with partners and support technical learning events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years in customer-facing professional services or presales positions
- Strong knowledge of the system integrator industry
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with system integrators and partner teams
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, etc.) and web development frameworks such as Node.JS and Vue.js
- Experience with IAM solutions in enterprise organizations and familiarity with IAM-related protocols

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Firsthand familiarity with IAM technologies from Ping Identity, Okta, or similar
- Experience working closely with a sales organization
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, and Single Sign-On
- Expertise with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Consultancy experience working with external stakeholders
