Compyl is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to help customers understand the GRC platform and guide technical evaluations.

You will design tailored solutions and demonstrate the platform, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmaps and onboarding.

The role emphasizes cross-functional impact, equity participation, and a focus on compliant design in security programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting (SaaS, cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), security frameworks, and APIs.
• Proficient in communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with GRC domains (e.g., TPRM, IGA, BCDR) and tools such as OneTrust, Riskonnect, Onspring, or Zilla.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, PCI, GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a pragmatic, “compliance‑by‑design” mindset.
