Salary Range: $130,312 - $164,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Ciena products and solutions, including network design and application solutions.
• Generate solution descriptions and develop customer presentations to articulate product value.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs, prepare quotations, and lead product trials and demonstrations.
• Engage with customers to discuss solutions, industry trends, and capture business insights.
• Calculate optical link power budgets, analyze network capacity and resiliency using simulation tools, and document network availability.
• Travel up to 50%, with remote work flexibility within the U.S.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Four years of experience in designing, selling, and documenting submarine and terrestrial optical networks, including DWDM, OTN, IP/MPLS, and related solutions.
