Senior Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect

Experienced in solutioning CCaaS solutions that enhance Customer Experience, with expertise in leading solutions like Avaya, Genesys, Amazon, NICE, Five9s, etc., especially in customer-facing demos and proof of concept design.

Your Impact :

• Review RFP requirements and lead solution design
• Develop and deliver technical presentations
• Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities, including live demonstrations
• Build and configure demo scenarios in Genesys or NICE CXone Cloud Admin and Architect, covering ACD, IVR, outbound dialers, queuing, SMS, and other digital channels

Your Qualifications :

• 7+ years in technology sales or business development, selling complex solutions to Fortune 5000 companies
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of contact center skills and platforms, including ACD, IVR, NLP, VoIP, and related protocols
• Experience with Google Cloud, AWS/AWS AI/ML, Azure, and related technologies
• Customer interaction experience at senior levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
