You will partner with sales, articulate the value of our platform, and develop deep product expertise to drive deals and influence strategic customers across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical sales or solutions engineering.
• 5+ years with cloud-native tech such as containers and Kubernetes.
• Proven pre-sales success with senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced SEs.
• Able to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.

• Engage with customers to ensure success and own high-priority opportunities.
• Partner with sales to drive the customer journey, build technical wins, and grow champions.
• Mentor other Sales Engineers with guidance on deal strategy, demos, and objections.
• Understand customers' goals and articulate how ScaleOps addresses their needs.
• Develop product expertise to demonstrate value in sales meetings and events.
• Contribute to scalable SE processes, playbooks, and best practices.
