Job summary

Lead Candidate seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to hunt, develop, and grow new pharmaceutical and parenteral packaging customers. You will report to the CCO and focus on expanding compliance testing revenue across ISO 11040 prefilled syringe testing, ISO 11608 injection systems, CCIT, distribution, cold chain, and ICH testing services.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in pharma technical sales, deep regulatory packaging knowledge, and a robust pharma network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry technical sales or business development.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations and customer expectations in life sciences.
• Familiarity with packaging, drug delivery, parenteral products and ISO 11040/11608, CCIT, distribution/cold chain testing, ICH.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, develop and grow new pharma and parenteral packaging customers.
• Expand compliance testing revenue across ISO 11040, ISO 11608, CCIT and related programs.
• Report to the CCO and leverage a pharma network to drive opportunities.

This is an opportunity to join an organization established over 10 years ago who have supported hundreds of manufacturers launch new projects, providing top-tier medical device packaging engineering services, certified package testing, and contract packaging solutions.

WHAT?

This Senior Sales Engineer will hunt, develop and grow new pharmaceutical and parenteral packaging customers. Reporting to the CCO, this individual contributor will focus on expanding the compliance testing revenue across ISO 11040 prefilled syringe testing, ISO 11608 injection systems, container closure integrity testing (CCIT), distribution, cold chain, and ICH testing services. The ideal candidate will bring a hungry attitude for prospecting, and established pharma network and expertise in pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery systems and parenteral products.

YOU?

Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry technical sales or business development.

Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations, compliance testing, and customer expectations in regulated life sciences environments. Familiarity with pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery systems, parenteral products, ISO 11040, ISO 11608, CCIT, distribution testing, cold chain testing, and ICH stability or related testing programs.

Skills: Service sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools.
