Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in the United States (Pleasanton, CA area) to understand customer technical requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations and PoV engagements. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive customer success and scalable technical assets while growing the Solutions Engineering function.

You will lead PoV engagements from discovery through implementation, leveraging Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and building

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture or customer-facing engineering for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in vAI, Observability, AIOps, automation, and enterprise operations.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Strong foundation in SRE/DevOps and infra tech; hands-on in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability, incident response or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to lead PoV engagements from discovery to implementation with clear outcomes.
• Excellent communication to engage technical teams and executives; capable of tailoring messages.
• Experience building demos/integrations/automation with Python, APIs, Terraform or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored product demos and PoV engagements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive customer success and product direction.
• Develop scalable technical assets and help grow the Solutions Engineering function.
• Serve as trusted advisor through the sales process and post-sale support.
• Build and maintain technical demos and integration scripts.

Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 per year

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will partner with prospective customers to understand technical requirements, deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Job Details

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering roles supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.
• A background in the following domains: vAI, Observability, AIOps, automation, and enterprise operations.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales and performance targets.
• Strong technical foundation in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies, with hands-on experience in areas such as Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability, incident response, or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to lead proof-of-value (PoV) engagements from initial discovery through implementation, demonstrating clear business and technical outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders, tailoring messaging to the audience.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience developing technical demos, integrations, automation, or scripts using tools such as Python, APIs, Terraform, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve successful outcomes through technology adoption.
