We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement & Design Specialist to lead the creation & design of high-impact, client-facing materials and drive strategic support for major RFPs across the North America SA&I commercial teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and narrative quality of our sales content, ensuring alignment with client needs, brand standards, and business objectives.
You will own the end-to-end design and enablement process for RFPs and strategic sales materials —partnering closely with insights, content, and commercial stakeholders to craft compelling, customized materials that differentiate our value proposition. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and collaborators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Design & Visual Storytelling
Lead the design and refinement of sales presentations, one-pagers, eBooks, and other sales materials tailored to client-specific needs.
Translate complex insights into visually engaging narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
Ensure all materials reflect NIQ’s brand identity and elevate the quality of client engagements.
Provide mentorship and guidance on visual communication across the sales acceleration team and broader
2. End-to-End RFP Enablement
Serve as the design lead in close collaboration with content lead colleague for major RFPs, from intake through final delivery.
Collaborate with sales teams and practice area stakeholders to align on messaging, visuals, and structure.
Drive consistency, clarity, and impact across all RFP-related deliverables.
3. Strategic Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with insights, content, marketing, and sales leadership to co-create enablement strategies, Salesloft campaign assets, and scalable design frameworks that elevate sales execution.
Lead by example in cross-functional collaboration, fostering knowledge sharing, upskilling opportunities, and a culture of design excellence.
Champion design best practices and continuously evolve the enablement toolkit to reflect emerging trends, stakeholder feedback, and performance insights.
Provide light-touch support for sales campaigns via Salesloft, assisting with rollout and adoption while ensuring visual consistency and alignment with broader enablement strategies.
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or graphics design
Proven track record of leading design for high-stakes RFPs and sales pursuits.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across content, insights, and commercial teams.
Exceptional attention to detail, storytelling ability, and project management discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92,000.00 - $130,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
