Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10 years of related sales operations, business strategy and/or financial planning experience or equivalent; or Master's Degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Snowflake, data modeling, and semantic layers for BI.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of U.S. THV Sales data architecture and data models.
• Ensure data is organized for BI developers, analysts, and business users.
• Define reusable business logic, metrics, and analytics-ready datasets for BI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate analytics needs into sustainable data models.
• Lead development and maintenance of data pipelines supporting reporting and dashboards.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, and production support.
• Communicate data risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
