Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience architecting, developing and deploying BI, analytics and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across BUs, functions and regions to define problems and opportunities.
• Design, develop and scale technical and non-technical BI solutions and dashboards.
• Partner with IT and software teams to improve manufacturing performance and reporting.
• Perform complex data analyses to improve data quality, processes and systems.
• Lead pilots and POVs to qualify manufacturing processes and drive results.
• Train and coach junior staff on scaling solutions and change management.
• Develop project plans and manage deliverables using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Project Plan).
• Create SOPs and work instructions for production and supply chain functions.
