MTM LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue for a fast-growing home remodeling company. You will meet homeowners, assess storm damage, and craft detailed roofing estimates while coordinating with insurers to secure favorable settlements.

As a key member of our sales team, you will implement effective sales strategies, educate clients about roofing options, and nurture long-term relationships with customers and professionals in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in roofing or home remodeling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and understand roofing damage and needs.
• Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims.

• Customer Engagement: Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess storm damage, understand their roofing needs, and establish rapport.
• Estimation: Create accurate and detailed estimates based on the assessment of roof damage, taking into consideration materials, labor, and associated costs.
• Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and advocating for fair settlements.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of roofing products and services.
• Client Education: Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and the benefits of our services, ensuring a clear understanding of the value we bring.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance MTM's reputation and foster repeat business.
