TriNet is seeking a sales professional focused on enterprise-level business development in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans and cultivate significant relationships within a defined territory, manage a complete sales process, and exceed sales quotas. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 8+ years in sales and PEO experience.
Generous compensation ranges from $90,000 to $117,700, plus eligibility for commissions and extensive benefits including health plans, 401(K), and paid time off.
The position is responsible for enterprise-level prospecting, building, and closing new business within a dedicated territory or market region. The position owns and manages the complete sales process for all opportunities to sell the Company's solutions and services, exceed sales quotas and goals, and generate revenue. The role focuses on large, enterprise-level organizations.
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $117,700.00. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.
Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet's commission plan.
