Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator in the US to join a branch team in Tulsa. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage equipment deliveries, and coordinate fleet operations while driving revenue and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes growth and teamwork in a dynamic rental environment. Responsibilities include proactive customer support, routing optimization, and collaboration with sales reps to grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience preferred.
• Fluent with RentalMan and On the Go systems.
• Proficient in DOT regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment with drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing by applying DOT regulations
• Support other coordinators at the branch.
• Serve as trusted partner to territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue.
• Close sales for inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide expert advice on equipment selection, operation and maintenance.

Job Purpose

• Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment and become a trusted partner to the drivers and delivery vendors
• Optimize routing of drivers by being a DOT Regulations expert
• Aid and support the other coordinators at the branch
• Be a trusted partner to the territory sales representatives
• Manage a portfolio of customers
• Maximize revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
• Finalize sales for both inbound and outbound calls
• Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of equipment
• Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reportsSupport all team members
• Build fluency with Fleet, Procurement, and daily dashboard and branch manager checklists
• Act as local expert on Optimus and pricing practices
• Assist others with Salesforce.com
• Continue to open accounts and prescreen customers using eApply

Requirements

• High school or GED required, College Degree preferred
• 2 - 4 year of relatable experience
• Must be fluent in Rental Man
• Fluent with On the Go use
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay Range:$28.00
