Job Title: Territory / Senior Sales & Application Engineer

Location: Delhi / NCR

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Application Engineer to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet departmental goals in the assigned territory.
• Forecast sales, set performance targets, and ensure timely collections and statutory compliance.
• Manage and support channel partners to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the back office to meet demand.
• Analyse sales trends and KPIs to take corrective actions.
• Provide regular market insights and reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of the abrasive, Cutting tools, SS pipe and utensil industry as well as sales application is preferred.
