Job summary

TOTEME seeks a Senior Sales Advisor for our Aspen store. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalized luxury experience and building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive client engagement, styling guidance and flawless store presentation, while supporting daily operations and contributing to sustainability initiatives. Fluency in English is required; two years in fashion retail, preferably luxury, and a passion for brand storytelling

TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our store in Aspen. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Your Profile

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Aspen store starting on agreement.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between $35-38/hour before commission and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
