This is a high impact role at Pear
As an early member of the sales team, youll be on the front lines driving the growth of our DTC partnership ecosystem in the CPG category. Your mission : help high-growth DTC brands adopt our technology and elevate their sales figure and brand building on social media. Youll work closely with startup founders, growth marketers, and operations teamsowning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and onboarding.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership and influence over product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
What Youll Do
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new business with DTC brands in the CPG category, build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry networking, Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
