Job summary

The role requires deep SailPoint expertise, strong communication, and end-to-end ownership to translate business and security needs into scalable solutions while driving risk and remediation to closure. Hybrid work with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM or identity governance roles.
• 4+ years hands-on SailPoint experience, including ISC.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with HR, AD, Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, and databases.
• Strong communication and ownership to drive complex issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Configure SailPoint ISC identity profiles, workflows, and certifications.
• Build lifecycle processes for employees, contractors, and non-employees.
• Lead application onboarding from discovery to production.
• Develop integrations using connectors, REST, SCIM, JDBC, and webhooks.
• Design SoD rules, risk models, and remediation workflows.
• Support NERM, DSPM, DLP, privacy, and data governance use cases.
• Troubleshoot identity processing and data quality issues.
• Review designs, maintain docs and runbooks, report status and risks.
