We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, implement, configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (Business Edition). This role is responsible for identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, workflow automation, API integrations, and operational support across a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can independently deliver SailPoint solutions, troubleshoot complex identity issues, and provide technical leadership for enterprise IAM initiatives. This is a temp position working full time each week and lasting until December 2026.
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Administration Design, configure, administer, and optimize SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
Implement and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
Configure identity profiles, access profiles, roles, entitlements, identity attributes, lifecycle states, transforms, and provisioning policies.
Configure identity correlation, account aggregation, provisioning, and reconciliation.
Troubleshoot identity synchronization, provisioning failures, and connector issues.
Integrate enterprise applications using SailPoint-supported connectors.
Develop and support REST API, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, and flat-file integrations.
Configure authoritative and non-authoritative identity sources.
Support onboarding of cloud, on-premises, and SaaS applications.
Develop custom integration solutions when required.
Configure and maintain User Access Review (UAR) campaigns.
Implement access request workflows and approval processes.
Support role-based access control (RBAC) initiatives.
Assist with segregation of duties (SoD) and access governance controls.
Support audit and regulatory compliance initiatives, including SOX and other applicable requirements.
Design and implement SailPoint Workflows.
Build Forms and event-driven automations.
Automate identity lifecycle and governance processes.
Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual administration.
Provide Level 3 support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
Investigate provisioning issues, aggregation failures, connector problems, and workflow errors.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
Monitor platform health and integration performance.
Participate in production support and maintenance activities.
Participate in architecture and technical design sessions.
Recommend SailPoint best practices for cloud identity governance.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Partner with architects, infrastructure teams, and application owners throughout implementation.
Maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, transforms, APIs, and operational procedures.
Develop implementation guides, support documentation, and runbooks.
Produce documentation that supports audit and operational readiness.
Partner with Infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR, Security, Audit, Application Development, and Project teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, and production deployments.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
Provide technical guidance during enterprise IAM initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering experience.
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
Experience implementing enterprise identity governance solutions.
Experience supporting production IAM environments in medium to large enterprises.
Experience integrating cloud, SaaS, and on-premises applications.
Experience troubleshooting complex identity lifecycle and provisioning issues.
Required Technical Skills: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Identity Governance, Integration Technologies, Enterprise Platforms
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer Certification.
Experience implementing enterprise-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud deployments.
Experience supporting regulated environments subject to SOX, NYDFS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks.
Experience designing API-based identity integrations.
Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical implementation efforts.
The range for this temp position is $42.79 to $71.20. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.
