Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to join the Cyber Identity & Access Management team. You will lead design, implementation, and governance of IAM solutions, including SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud, across client environments, handling non-human identities and complex integrations.

You will collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, manage scope, and meet deadlines while applying secure development

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture, engineering, or platform implementations.
• 4+ years integrating identity management, access management, or identity governance with enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments.
• Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components for governance of non-human identities.
• Apply IAM engineering standards across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management and access certifications.
