Job summary

Atmos Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead SailPoint development and security engineering efforts. The role focuses on developing workflows, connectors, API-based integrations, and incident response across enterprise applications.

The candidate will monitor systems, document architecture, and implement security solutions aligned with NIST 800-series standards while collaborating with IT and business teams to strengthen the organization’s security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field with five years in Information Security or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English, strong written and verbal communication for leadership and stakeholder interactions.
• Experience with vulnerability management, log management, analysis and monitoring, VPNs, firewalls, and web application security.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all systems to preserve integrity.
• Identifies, reports and resolves security incidents.
• Documents security architecture and design of the organization.
• Develops security solutions for applications in complex environments.
• Ensures compliance with NIST 800-series security controls.
• Keeps knowledge current on IT threats and countermeasures.
