Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with five years information security experience.
• Proficient English communication (oral and written).
• Analytical skills: ratios, percentages, basic statistics.
• Experience: vulnerability/log management, VPNs, virtualization, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• OS/Networking: UNIX/Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, LDAP, TLS, SSL, 802.1x.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all systems to preserve integrity.
• Identifies, reports and resolves security incidents.
• Documents security architecture and design of the organization.
• Develops security solutions for applications with complicated environments.
• Develops security solutions for applications and systems for compliance with NIST 800 series.
• Maintains knowledge of IT threats and countermeasures from public sources.
• Provides direction for planning and standards for enterprise infrastructure maintenance.
• Partners with project teams to ensure applications meet security guidelines.
• Assesses needs and designs programs to improve security posture.
• Organizes sessions with vendors to enhance security and meet requirements.
