Job summary

Capital One is seeking a SailPoint Engineer to support Identity Access Management by extending SailPoint IdentityIQ, building automated deployments, and ensuring secure coding practices. You will partner with stakeholders to roll out new applications and provide ongoing operational support for IAM workflows, RBAC and policy enforcement.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java or Python and a strong grasp of IGA concepts, APIs (SCIM/REST/SOAP), and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years hands-on experience in Java or Python.
• 1.5+ years experience SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• 1.5+ years troubleshooting IGA Rules, workflows and customizations.
• 1.5+ years writing SQL queries to extract data.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and drive implementation.
