Job summary

Leaf Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Advisor with hands-on Sage Intacct implementation experience in the Indianapolis area. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a hybrid work arrangement at Leaf's Carmel office, with occasional travel to client sites.

You will lead end-to-end projects from discovery to data migration, mentor junior staff, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting on and implementing Sage Intacct across modules.
• End-to-end software delivery lifecycle experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer orientation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Experience mapping business processes to technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or MIS; CPA a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and customers, delivering implementations on time and within scope.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle from discovery to data migration.
• Apply Sage Intacct expertise to configure solutions reflecting customer processes.
• Build implementation plans and design KPI reports and dashboards.
• Coach and mentor junior staff on Leaf processes and Sage Intacct modules.
• Train end-users and provide responsive support and escalation handling.
• Contribute to Leaf's knowledge base and promote best practices.
• Deliver clear, concise communications aligned with customer goals.
