Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and technical safety guidance to management and employees.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State & local laws and regulations.
• Reviews, updates, and communicates safety procedures.
• Coordinates safety training to raise awareness among staff.
• Executes the Company Safety Program strategy.
• Collects and interprets data from job-hazard analyses.
• Conducts investigations and reports safety trends to management.
• Acts as a safety committee stakeholder and supports programs.
• Manages incentive programs and serves as Safety Officer during emergencies.
• Recommends disciplinary actions to management to improve safety culture.
• Promotes wellness and recognition programs across the company.
