Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement safety programs for routine and complex projects.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard abatement documentation.
• Lead safety orientations and monitor compliance with safety policies.
• Support project safety meetings and safety committee activities.
• Investigate accidents and coordinate injury management and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Safety Specialist

• Identify complex safety hazards and propose solutions.
• Utilize advanced safety knowledge and tools for trend analysis and training.
• Manage complex projects and develop safety training strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/health-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
