Job summary

Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking a Construction Safety Professional to lead safety oversight on large-scale data center projects. You will mentor staff, lead safety initiatives, conduct on-site observations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requires 5+ years of owner-represented safety oversight in data center or mission-critical facilities, strong OSHA and electrical safety knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct construction safety oversight representing an Owner.
• Data center and/or mission critical facility safety oversight experience.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Safety Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and mitigate risks.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar safety management software.

• OSHA 510 or 500 certification preferred
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required
