Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety & Health, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Safety and Security Management and leading a world-class safety program.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety & security efforts for assigned Complex (crush, refining, grain production operations).
• Develop and promote a safety culture with site leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and investigations for safety and security incidents.
