Perdue Farms seeks a Safety, Security and Environmental Manager to lead the safety, security, and environmental programs across a major food manufacturing complex and live‑operations sites.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and partner with operations to reduce risk while maintaining regulatory compliance and high uptime. Strong leadership and data‑driven decision making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, science, technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing safety management.
• Hazardous waste operations and emergency response certified (40-hour).
• Strong OSHA knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety, environmental, and security efforts for the manufacturing complex.
• Direct live production safety management with related facilities.
• Oversee safety/ environmental staffing and resources.
• Develop and monitor site security policies and KPIs.
• Provide technical safety expertise to cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure OSHA, NFPA, DHS, and DOT compliance through audits.
