Job summary

Qualtrics, via Press Ganey, seeks a Senior Consultant, Safety and Reliability to guide health systems in applying High Reliability Organization principles and CRP deployment. You will translate analytics into actionable improvements, partnering with clinical teams and management to reduce clinical risks.

The role emphasizes data-driven safety culture transformation, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable methodologies across healthcare environments.

Qualifications

10+ years of healthcare industry experience focused on safety and high reliability.
Demonstrated experience driving performance improvement and safety initiatives in healthcare.
Consulting or safety/reliability implementation experience preferred.
Coaching/training experience with patient-facing teams.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, MS Office, and data querying tools (SQL, SAS, Access).
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or clinical background preferred.
Ability to travel 50–75% (US and international).

Responsibilities

Advance safety and reliability culture across healthcare settings.
Analyze payer metrics, denial rates, and behavioral data to identify root causes.
Deliver engagement plans on time and within scope and budget.
Train and coach frontline teams for sustained performance improvement.
Manage workstreams and risks; be point of contact for client teams.
