Qualtrics is seeking a Managing Consultant, Safety and Reliability to lead multi-hospital engagements, applying High Reliability Organization principles and RCA to drive safety improvements. Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare or high-risk industries focused on safety and high reliability implementation.
• Demonstrated track record leading complex performance improvement projects in healthcare or similar industries.
• Experience leading consultant project teams, with budgets and business development experience.
• Mastery of RCA, Common Cause Analysis, and Fair and Just Culture methodologies.
• Analytical capabilities using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, SAS or Access for operational insights.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across the US and select international locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-hospital engagements and oversee end-to-end consulting delivery.
• Influence C-suite executives and clinical leaders to drive strategic decisions.
• Apply HRO frameworks, RCA, and CRP to solve operational challenges.
• Drive business development and expand existing engagements.
• Synthesize complex safety analytics to inform executive action plans.
