Responsibilities

• Manage safety and quality on custom automation builds.
• Create process documentation to maintain standards.
• Lead technicians across mechanical, electrical, and systems builds.
• Oversee day-to-day lab and shop operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company safety practices and quality processes.
• Provide hands-on guidance for assembly, troubleshooting, and test activities.
• Partner with engineering leadership to support project delivery.
