Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, electric power, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Field and office safety experience including hazard audits, pre-job safety briefs, accident investigation, case management, and job hazard analysis.
• Minimum of three years of experience driving company-wide programs in safety, continuous improvement, or resiliency.
• Experience writing safety procedures and policies and developing safety training.
• Familiarity with electrical utility and construction regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve ATC's Safety Program, driving continuous improvement and risk reduction.
• Conduct field visits, hazard analyses, and recommend controls and training.
• Coach leaders and staff on safety program components and expectations.
• Partner with Safety Liaisons, Field Operations, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Translate safety requirements into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
