Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 5 years professional experience in industrial safety, inspections, investigations, standards interpretation, regulatory interaction, data reporting, and training.
• Bachelor of Science in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety audits, hazard assessments, and safety program development.

Mansioni

• Develop safety program activities and provide technical assistance in environmental, occupational, or fire safety.
• Conduct on-site safety reviews and investigate accidents or incidents.
• Review regulatory and contractor safety plans and training materials for compliance.
• Coordinate safety training for Authority personnel, contractors, and local agencies.
• Assist in selecting PPE and provide training on its proper use.
• Maintain records of accidents, injuries and near misses; prepare safety reports.
