Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to lead health and safety across its south-eastern U.S. operations.

You will guide the Safety Management System, partner with leaders and contractors, and champion a strong safety culture through data-driven improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, 7+ years of relevant experience, CSP or equivalent, and ability to travel 25–40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation.
• 7+ years of health and safety experience in oil, gas, energy, or petrochemicals.
• Ability to influence, lead change, and drive results without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic health and safety leadership across regional operations.
• Support regulatory compliance, safety program execution, and incident management.
• Implement and continually improve Safety Management System programs and contractor safety processes.
• Analyze safety performance indicators, conduct audits, and develop improvement plans.
• Serve as SME and liaison to operations, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Lead or support regional projects, emergency response, investigations, and improvements.
